I confirm that I have dealt with Crystal Clear Coolers since the beginning of 2008. They are responsible for the servicing of all our drinking water dispensers in Letterkenny General and St. Conal's Hospitals. During this time they have provided us with excellent service.

From the outset they have taken complete responsibility for of the equipment which they service. Each unit receives a thorough service. Although each unit was serviced in a timely manner, it was the quality of service which appeared to be the priority. Scheduling of the units for servicing was well planned and both maintenance foremen and department staff were complimentary of the professional way in which they carried out their work.

All aspects of their work were recorded to provide an accurate service history of each unit. These records were then available for any quality audits that may be carried out.

Another positive aspect of their work was that when asked for comments/suggestions regards other filtration/water supply applications, they were able to provide solutions and where necessary carry out the work which improved the existing services.
